NetInfo Version 5.9

Tsarfin Computing Ltd has announced the availability of NetInfo Version 5.9, aimed at network administrators, webmasters, and Internet service providers.
NetInfo is a collection of 15 network tools that allows network administrators, webmasters, and ISPs to isolate faults, simplify diagnostic data processing and increase internal network security, using a single and user-friendly interface.
Some of NetInfo's tools include:
* Local Info tool: For information about local host, currently active version of the Windows sockets and everything about TCP/IP connections.
* Ping and Trace tools: For verifying connectivity to a device on the network and getting a list of gateways between the computer and a particular device. It also provides data on host names and IP addresses.
* Finger tool: For information about users on a network host - Whois for domains owners, Daytime for another network host location's local time, Time tool to access a remote server's clock and synchronize local system clock.
Besides these, there is the Quote tool to view quotations from a remote Quote server, HTML tool for full header information and the page data from a web server, Scanner to examine host names in a specified range of IP addresses, Services tool to verify a host for available network services, E-mail tool to verify e-mail addresses and the Web Center tool to locate tools, how-to's, tips and news online.
