24x7 Learning, a talent lifecycle management company has roped in M. Thimmiya, as COO for its SkillBridge and AVAGMAH initiatives. The Rajasthan government and institutes like the Noida Institute of Engineering Technology (NIET) and the Don Bosco Institute of Technology (DBIT) have chosen SkillBridge training for their students. AVGAMAH partners with institutes like the Thapar University and IMT, Ghaziabad, to offer distance education programs like PGDM and B.Tech for working professionals.

Based in Bangalore, Thimmiya would be working closely with Karthik KS, CEO and Anil Chhikara, president, 24x7 Learning. He will be involved in developing new growth strategies and oversee overall execution and delivery.

He brings with him over 25 years of experience in senior management capacity, heading various strategic business units in the education and training businesses. Before joining 24x7 Learning, Thimmiya served as the senior vice president and global head for channel operations and distance education at Manipal Education. There, he was instrumental for the growth and profitability of the distance education business of Sikkim Manipal University.

Prior to this, he held senior positions at Aptech Limited, Modi Xerox, and Microland Limited. He was also involved with many state government-led initiatives on training and e-learning. Thimmiya s addition to our management team will provide us the expertise to achieve superlative growth.
