Bharti Helps Elephant Talk

Elephant Talk, the world's first pure Mobile Virtual Network Enabler (MVNE), has selected mobile VAS solutions from Bharti Telesoft to enhance their service offerings. This deal will add value to Elephant's customer portfolio in the eastern European market. These offerings like SMSC, MMSC, WAP gateway and USSD browser and gateway by Bharti Telesoft will supplement Elephant Talk's service offering launch across geographies.

Elephant Talk, a subsidiary of Elephant Talk Communication is an, European VoIP carriers, leveraging their global network and interconnection in many countries through telecom licenses.

Commenting on this deal, Martin Zuurbier, COO and CTO of Elephant Talk said "Bharti Telesoft's solutions has given us a powerful edge with myriad innovative service offerings for our customers and also enhanced our performance scalability."

Elephant Talk launched global GSM offering in 2007 with WiFi and WiMAX projects, allowing enterprises, ISPs, and service providers to deliver converged mobile services to their customers. "These turnkey solutions will be greatly supplemented by Bharti Telesoft's value added offerings thus providing a plethora of options for the service providers. We look forward to benefiting from Bharti Telesoft's entire process productivity suite as we progress," he added.

According to Manoranjan Mohapatra, CEO of Bharti Telesoft, "Whilst the VAS market is on an all time high, Bharti Telesoft is on a roll with their service offerings to the MVNE ecosystem in CEE region.
