With offices in Baltimore, Boston, Buffalo, Calgary, Chicago, Houston, Los Angeles, Mumbai, New York, Phoenix, St. Louis, San Francisco, Shanghai, Toronto, Vancouver, Victoria, and Washington DC, this firm with a staff of 800 serves clients across North America, Europe, the Middle East, India and the Far East.
The strategy will allow Cannon to enable continuous, immediate, and fully coordinated availability of project design, schedule, budget, and performance information.
It selected InterSpec's patented e-SPECS solution as an integrated application for the project.
Frank Sturniolo, associate vice president and quality/specification leader at Cannon said, "Centralized management of our firm's specification information is critical to ensuring the level of quality we demand. e-SPECS will enable enterprise level management of data and a specification process that enables electronic based collaboration by all team members."
"InterSpec was able to effectively demonstrate the integration and coordination of construction documents using our Buffalo State College Revit BIM model," said Leigh Waterman, associate vice president and technology leader.
"Our e-SPECS software allow architects and engineers who use Autodesk design software to save countless hours and dollars while ensuring that their digital construction models and drawings agree with the specifications," said Michael Brennan, CEO of InterSpec. "Autodesk Revit based software is an especially powerful combination with e-SPECS because of the integrated change management and coordination, enabling efficient and coordinated construction document management, design team collaboration and enterprise level data management."
