Experian to Expand India Operations

Experian India will expand its credit bureau and decision analytics wings to tap strategic business and serve regional organizations
The company will expand its workforce in the operations and software development center. It will grow its sales operations and customer service representation activities in Delhi and Mumbai.
"The core of expansion plans revolves around our credit bureau and decision analytics areas", said Vikram Narayan, country head and managing director, Experian India. He said that the goal is to bring superior credit scores and value added products to enable the Indian lending entities to reduce non performing assets and enhance lending efficiencies.
He said, "We will recruit skilled professionals for our operational activities. The credit bureau's back office and IT hosting activities will be outsourced to a specialist third party in India".
Experian is offers information, analytical and marketing services to organizations and consumers for the risk management, as well as commercial and financial decisions.
