Hexaware Technologies, a global provider of IT and BPO services and consulting, has appointed Rajiv Pant as president of North America operations. Pant joins Hexaware from Wipro Technologies.
Welcoming Pant to Hexaware, Atul Nishar, founder and executive chairman of Hexaware said, "We are pleased to have Rajiv on board with us to head our North American geography. The addition of Rajiv completes the strengthening of the leadership team at Hexaware as we progress towards implementing our growth plans for the company."
P. R. Chandrasekar, CEO and vice chairman, Hexaware said, "Rajiv joins us with a wealth of experience. With a strong executive management team now in place, our focus is to take Hexaware to its next level of growth."
In his last assignment, Rajiv was vice president (enterprise solutions) at Wipro Technologies where he spent nearly a decade in roles of increasing responsibility. In his previous roles, Rajiv has also worked with Apple Computer and Microsoft. He has a dual degree from Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS) Pilani with a Master of Science in Chemistry and Master of Management Studies.
Pant will be based in Hexaware's office in New Jersey.

Alumni like Rajiv who have integrated themselves into the excellene circuit indeed add to the altitude of BITS Pilani.
