IBM, in collaboration with Boston, USA-based Northeastern University's College of Business Administration (CBA), now offers India-based IBM managers a newly-developed, online MBA program
The initiative, to be piloted with IBM Daksh managers, is part of the company's effort to building strong worldwide management teams.
IBM Daksh employees based across its centres in India (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore) can now benefit by earning the MBA degree without disrupting their ongoing careers.

He added, "We believe that investing in our most talented managers will enable us to sustain an important competitive advantage in one of the world's largest emerging markets The availability of a distinguished MBA from Northeastern University for our employees, coupled with the convenience of a proven online education model and delivery platform, will help our key people in advancing their education."
Under this initiative, IBM supports the participating employees by paying for more than half the program's tuition and fees.
