MNYLI Integrates Policy Issuance|

Max New York Life Insurance (MNYLI) is integrating its policy issuance and administration for its latest business initiative Max Vijay.
Vijay is a new business initiative introduced by Max New York Life to serve the under-served segment of the Indian society. The deal will help MNYLI to transform its insurance policy processing platform for Vijay.
As a part of the rollout, the company will benefit from services across insurance policy system administration, policy setup, new business processing, customer care and claims processing.
Analjit Singh, chairman of MNYLI said, "The business model leverages innovation at every step, be it product design, technology, distribution or service delivery to ensure a comprehensive offering for the common man."
The company has tied-up with IBM for the deployments.
IBM will use wireless handheld devices to enable data transfer via GPRS to the back-end systems. It will facilitate on-the-spot issuance of insurance policies. IBM will also provide disaster recovery services for Max's critical operations.
