MaxSecure Launches Spyware Detector
By CXOtoday Staff
Mumbai, Mar 21, 2007

Max Secure Software, a provider of computer privacy and security software for the consumer and enterprise markets, has announced the launch of Max Spyware Detector Enterprise Edition for the enterprise and SMB markets.

The Enterprise Edition comes equipped with Smart Scan, a scanning solution to reduce scan times down to just a few minutes. The company claims that since spyware has become the most common Internet security threat plaguing businesses, Spyware Detector Enterprise Edition was developed to ensure employee productivity.

"Nowadays enterprises view spyware as the latest growing security concern to their business and they are struggling to protect themselves from this threat", says Sanjay Pradhan, CEO, MAX Secure Software.

"MAX Secure Spyware Detector Enterprise Edition delivers the quickest, safest and most complete removal of Spywares from client server based networks," adds Pradhan.

The Spyware Detector Enterprise Edition is based on a client-server architecture to detect and delete spyware across a network while putting control in the hands of IT administrators and not end users.

The Spyware Detector Enterprise Edition will support domain based and IP based networks. Client service can be pushed on a client PC from the admin console (server) at a single mouse click to minimize installation headaches of administrators and save time for clients and administrators. Max Secure claims to scan network client desktops with a database of more than 252,000 spyware threats.

Other stated benefits of Spyware Detector Enterprise Edition include:

* Client side installation, un-installation, updating, scheduling at a mouse click from the admin console.

* Scanning speed with detailed threat analysis.

* Provides blocking feature for URL's containing spyware.

The price is Rs. 1299/- per node of the network and Volume Discounting is available.
