Motorola Appoints Sanjay Jha as co-CEO|

Motorola's board of directors has named Sanjay Jha as co-CEO of Motorola along with Greg Brown. He has also been named CEO of Motorola's Mobile Devices business. Jha will report directly to the board.
Greg Brown has been named as CEO of Motorola's Broadband Mobility Solutions business which consists of the Home and Networks Mobility and Enterprise Mobility Solutions businesses.
The appointments are effective immediately, said a press statement.
Prior to this appointment, Jha served as COO of Qualcomm, where he was responsible for overseeing corporate research and development and Qualcomm Flarion Technologies (QFT). He also served as president of Qualcomm CDMA Technologies (QCT) and Qualcomm's chipset and software division.
Motorola is planning on separating into two independent, publicly-traded companies
