  • Apispehere, a California based GPS provider announced availability of its product named Apisphere with Salesforce CRM. The geo-trigerred voice interface will enable sales organizations to deliver voice and location triggered CRM data, and enhance their sales processes.

Apisphere's Geo-Enabled Mobility (GEM) platform, allows companies to push relevant client-specific information directly to a sales representative's mobile device or GPS-enabled laptop to optimize all customer meetings.

As a sales person enters the vicinity of a customer meeting, client data from the CRM is pushed directly to his mobile device via a phone call, email, SMS or MMS. Immediately following the meeting, as the salesperson's physical location changes, an automatic geo-triggered voice alert prompts the salesperson to update the client record on CRM.

"With sales intelligence delivered at the right time, the right place and in the right context, companies will be confident knowing that their sales teams have all the right information to close the next deal and be able to better understand the factors influencing the growth of customer relationships" said Craig Harper, CEO, Apisphere.

Apisphere for Salesforce CRM is available on force.com for beta drive.
