Oracle, Wipro form Media Tech Consortium|

Oracle India Pvt Ltd and Wipro Infotech Ltd have formed a media technology consortium with consultancy Media e2e, the companies said on Wednesday.
The venture would first look at Indian firms and then extend operations in the Asia-Pacific region and beyond, he said.
India, home to the world's most prolific film industry, is also the world's third-biggest cable television market and is set to become Asia's leading cable market by 2010, according to industry estimates.
None of the companies was available for more comments.
