Pantaloon Retail has implemented Reflexis Task Manager and StoreWalk in 13 weeks; will implement Reflexis KPI Activator in the second phase.
The BSE/NSE listed Pantaloon Retail has more than 1,000 stores across over 60 cities. The company is the flagship enterprise of the Future Group, a business house in India with multiple subsidiaries.
By implementing Reflexis, we have already seen improvements in customer service and employee productivity through increased visibility into store-level completion and compliance status, said Ushir Bhatt, CEO of Future Knowledge Services Limited, which is a Future Group company and the services arm for all other Future Group companies.
We are pleased with the scalability of the Reflexis solution, and we anticipate we will realize additional benefits by implementing Reflexis KPI Activator to leverage real-time, metrics-based alerts to respond to problems and opportunities using best practices.
