COP is part of the company s sourcing consulting practice, which is aimed at helping organizations structure their outsourcing program and help them manage and govern effective outsourcing relations. The first session of the class is scheduled from October 14 17, 2008 in New Delhi.
The class integrates Outsourcing Professional Body of Knowledge (OPBOK) as well as 49 Outsourcing Professional Standards developed by the Outsourcing Standards Board. This 4-day course includes 10 modules as well as a Capstone Case Study.
