Reliance Capital Revamps BPM

The BPM initiative will span across all subsidiaries of Reliance Capital, including mutual fund, life insurance, general insurance, Reliance Money, and consumer finance.
Savvion will deploy its BusinessManager 7.0, a business process management solution at Reliance Capital and its subsidiaries.
According to a press release, Savvion was chosen for its ability to scale across the enterprise as part of a planned company wide BPM initiative at Reliance. The initiative includes a BPM Center of Excellence (CoE) setup that will identify and prioritize high-impact process solutions within the company subsidiaries.
"Savvion provides us with a scalable, enterprise-class BPM solution. We see this deployment taking us through our critical BPM deployment that will affect visibility, revenue, and growth across thousands of users in the organization," said Sandeep Phanasgaonkar, president (IT) of Reliance Capital.
On the selection of Savvion's solution, the company's founder and CEO, Mohammed Ketabchi, said, "As this industry continues to grow globally, financial services companies need to remain competitive by becoming more agile and efficient. Savvion BusinessManager 7.0 allows companies to support growth with streamlined business processes and enables the ability to identify additional areas for business process improvement."
