By CXOtoday Staff
Mumbai, Jul 21, 2008

The latest edition of retail performance management solution - ARC 5.8, is now available in the market. This was announced by the developers- Manthan Systems, in a press statement.

ARC 5.8 features external market and competition data integration to a retailer's own data sources. It can be used by inventory managers for benchmarking their product performance with that of other markets and regions and profiling their store-specific assortments.

Vikas Gupta, CTO of Manthan said, "Retailers can expect superior dashboarding, scorecarding, and benchmarking from ARC 5.8." It also features mobile integration to deliver analytics 'on-the-go' to store and operations executives.

When contacted, the company was reluctant to disclose details about pricing at this moment. However a spokesperson did mention that upgradation to the new version of ARC would involve a fixed additional cost.
