Retail Stores Get Tech Savvy

ISTS - a software solution provider for retail and payment industry -has developed applications for the retail store front on the Verifone MX870.
These applications, basically for the retail and payment industry, aim at creating effective customer engagements and improved customer satisfaction, especially in small form factor kiosk applications.
Verifone MX870 is a multimedia enabled 1/4 VGA, PCI PED approved terminal aimed at payments, kiosk, loyalty, gift, prepaid, and value added applications to deliver branding, promotion, and advertising. It integrates with VeriFone's VisualPayments Suite - a set of server-based software solutions to provide a single point of control for payment, signature, device, and content management.
Some of its promised features are - enabling implementation of electronic signature capture with optional reporting and auditing for unsurpassed Return on Investment (ROI); integrated dispute resolution streamlines receipt retrieval to speed chargeback investigation; allowing retailers to push content from remote management sites directly to consumers; and asset management tools for Verifone MX870 simplify set up and configuration.
Vivek Awasthi, CTO of ISTS said, building applications on Verifone's MX870 adds another feather to ISTS's capabilities and determination to bring the latest technologies and applications to retail customers.
