Satra Properties, Mumbai based real estate developers will use IMT eBuild, ERP software to streamline their real estate and construction business.
The real estate developer has sought the services of Interactive Multimedia Technologies (IMT), a Mumbai based IT services provider, offering software, web and multimedia solutions for the project, according to a press release.
The eBuild software comes packed with built-in modules such as purchase & stores, sales, architecture, maintenance, accounts, engineering, legal, and payroll to help ease the processes of the construction and real estate industry.
The software integrates a company's head office with its branches, online. Besides, other features include quantity estimation and planning, online documentation, MIS reports and system security.
The accounts module includes browser-architectured enterprise model that enables control, speed, responsiveness and cost saving. The purchase module comes with inventory and payable modules in which the purchase managers can access information about the vendors, stock levels and purchase analysis report in real time. The sales module has all the sales related information which includes customer feedback and also a customer relationship management (CRM) feature.
