Shree Cement Ltd has selected the Oracle E-Business Suite (Oracle Applications) to manage operations at the company's power generation plants, its three manufacturing locations, and more than 100 stock holding units.
The Oracle E-Business Suite will help Shree Cement to improve its business performance through process optimization, improved logistics management, integration across business functionalities and transparency across the organization. It will also enable the company to move up the value chain and achieve greater market credibility along with an increase of stakeholder confidence.
Shree Cement will deploy key modules of the Oracle E-Business Suite including procurement, financials, order management, logistics, process manufacturing, sourcing, enterprise asset management, human resources and payroll.
The cement company will utilize Oracle applications for business improvement in areas such as effective decision-making through obtaining the right information at the right time, improved utilization of human capital and assets, financial management, enhanced data security and scalability and adoption of flexible, modern systems that address changing technologies and market demands.
