SlashSupport, an enterprise technology support company, has announced a global, three-year, technical support contract with Nortel, a provider of enterprise technology solutions. The support will be provided out of its facilities in Chennai, India for products in Nortel s enterprise voice and data portfolios.
With this contract, SlashSupport has displaced four existing vendors of Nortel, becoming the only tech support partner for it. It plans to hire over 250 engineers for its operations in Chennai over the next 6 months.
It will offer Technical Support services for enterprise technology providers; Technical & Customer Support services for consumer technology providers; and Remote Systems Management Services for IT infrastructure providers & enterprises.
