Megasoft Limited, a transnational intellectual property-driven and product-based technology company, has announced the launch of RoamFree, from its telecom division XIUS.
The XIUS RoamFree will offer end-to-end roaming solutions and take up the entire responsibility of setting up, launching and running these services across all phases. This will help operators to focus on the subscribers and move away from simple product-offerings to more comprehensive services. It will also help reduce the time to market.

RoamFree's ability to offer an end-to-end solution for global roaming will facilitate operators to rapidly set up wide-ranging services for their worldwide footprints, and enable seamless mobile services for end users worldwide."
"The solution comprises 15 different modules. One of them is InstaRoam, which makes use of the bilateral agreements between different operators. PowerRoam on the other hand, provides the benefit of changes whereas Xroam caters to roaming connection between different technologies like GSM, CDMA, etc," said Ravindranath Alagar, VP - Marketing, XIUS (Telecom Division of Megasoft Ltd.).
"This solution provides various advantages as compared to the earlier versions. It offers single point servicing and less number of people are needed to operate it. It thus provides better impact on the capital expenditure," he added.
The solution is currently available. The cost will be dependent on the different modules deployed and based on the requirements of individual operators.
