Synergex has announced the latest release of its business intelligence subscription service, VisualSmart. It has been designed to work with a variety of enterprise data-gathering software products, and instantly converts combined information into interactive business intelligence.
The full OLAP capabilities will allow managers perform sophisticated multi-dimensional modeling and forecasting of data scenarios and outcomes. VisualSmart users can drill down into these graphics for an increasingly granular view of their data, to identify problems, trends, and patterns.
The new features will put the creative process directly into the hands of the end-user. The features include a new all-in-one interactive Builder module allowing users to select the type and appearance of a new analytic view or report; a data-level security setting option; and self-provisioning admin capabilities. Interactive multi-level features allow users to drill down into each analytic view or report to access the supporting data.
As a unique support feature, each VisualSmart subscription includes 'Jim'- a real-live professional business analyst and consultant who 'joins' each of our customer's staff for a set number of hours per month.
