Unitech Wireless Selects Telcordia for GSM Rollout|

Unitech Wireless has selected Telcordia's prepaid mobile services platform for its pan-India GSM network. It will enable Unitech to reduce time-to-market in offering new services for advanced wireless voice and data services in all 22 circles across India.
"India continues to experience exceptional rates of subscriber growth and communication service providers (CSPs) will look to attract new subscribers and increase service use to boost revenue by differentiating their service offerings," said Anuj Kapur, India head, (service delivery solutions) for Telcordia.
Unitech expects to reap cost savings and drive revenue by consolidating charging on a convergent platform while increasing customer loyalty, usage, and retention.
