  • Yahoo! India has announced the appointment of online solution provider, Publicitas Digital as an outside sales representative for key Indian regions. Through this relationship, Publicitas Digital will liaison between advertisers in these regions and Yahoo! India to create a platform that caters to advertisers' marketing needs. Advertisers stand to derive value from being featured on Yahoo!. They will also benefit from focused consumer targeting through Yahoo!'s unique geo-targeting functionality.

    Speaking on this, Namita Sahu, Chief Sales Officer of Publicitas Digital said, "Publicitas Digital promises a focused dialogue for local advertisers with their target markets, and thereby maximize Yahoo!'s value proposition through this equation. The provision of strategic solutions for maximizing profitability and leveraging Yahoo!'s website on the whole is an objective of mutual significance which Publicitas Digital will strive to accomplish."
