BullGuard has announced the launch of its Internet Security 6.0 suite for small business and home users.
The suite consists of BullGuard Anti-virus, BullGuard Firewall, BullGuard Spamfilter and BullGuard Backup in one package. BullGuard Internet Security 6.0 is available today from the BullGuard website and as a retail product from selected outlets throughout Europe from 1 October.
BullGuard Internet Security 6.0 improvements include a completely new Spam filter, upgraded online backup storage, Improved Anti-virus, BullGuard Mobile Anti-virus and
BullGuard Internet Security 6.0. BullGuard Anti-virus uses the latest anti-virus technology and features one of the fastest update times in the industry, giving users maximum protection from new viruses.
BullGuard Firewall features advanced intrusion, extrusion and port-scanning detection. The firewall features both a beginner level with automatic handling of known applications and an advanced level allowing the user to customize settings.
BullGuard Spamfilter includes server-based spam filtering with anti-phishing features, in addition to local whitelist & blacklist for accurate blocking and high-level user customization. BullGuard Backup offers high-end data security via encrypted up & download and storage on BullGuard's custom built redundant backup servers and features automatic scheduling and 1Gb storage space as standard.
BullGuard Mobile Anti-virus will be included as bonus software in the BullGuard Internet Security retail edition sold in the United Kingdom. Currently, BullGuard Mobile Anti-virus includes protection for Windows Mobile Pocket PC and Smartphone.

Existing subscribers will be offered a free upgrade to v6.0.
