Experian provides information, analytical, and marketing services to organizations and consumers. This helps manage the risk and reward of commercial and financial decisions. Experian has selected Perot Systems to support, maintain and develop its legacy applications and also includes new product development.
Perot Systems provides applications solutions, business process and infrastructure-outsourcing solutions to customers in the banking and capital markets, insurance and information services organization for the financial services industry. Financial details of the multi-year agreement were not disclosed.
The business relationship includes applications development, legacy systems, applications maintenance & support, and testing services for Experian's ISDD (Information Solutions Design and Delivery) applications portfolio that spans across new applications technologies, mainframe technologies and legacy applications. These services and solutions will be developed in Perot Systems India and Experian UK.
Experian will draw upon Perot Systems' strong processes and methodologies in delivering business critical services and applications.
"Perot Systems will help Experian achieve faster go-to-market, greater efficiency and quality by deploying our global delivery model, project management skills and well defined time tested methodologies," said Anurag Jain, president of Perot Systems' consulting & applications solutions and insurance and business process solutions groups.
