Balint Fleischer
He is responsible for the development of the long range vision and the managment of the technology and architecture development within the Network Storage Products Group.
Fleischer joined the Network Storage Products Group in October 2001 with more than 25 years of experience building computer systems.
Previously, Fleischer was Chief Technologist of Sun's Internet desktop and server products group, responsible for the architecture and technology development for the portfolio of platforms.
Fleischer came to Sun in November 1992 from Encore Computer Corporation, where he was managing low end server development.
Prior to that, Fleischer was in senior technical positions at Prime computer and Gould Inc.
Fleischer received his college education in Budapest, Hungary. |

Sanjay Sharma
Topper - MSc. in Applied Science with specialisation in Electronics,
CISA (Certified Information System Auditor) from ISACA, USA,
Certified ISO 9000 lead auditor, CMC, UK.
After post graduation he has done research work in the area of Applied Physics and published a paper in Indian Journal of Pure and Applied Physics, New Delhi.
Started his Banking Technology career in 1991 with State Bank Of India, at C & I project, Central Office and was part of core team responsible for roll out of the core banking system 'BankMaster' across SBI Branches. Subsequently, he moved to IDBI bank in 1995 & laid the IT foundation by setting up IT infrastructure & implementing Core Banking system for the bank. Since then, has been involved in various IT initiatives like Y2K, Technology Conversion projects for Core and Treasury systems, BPR exercise for CPU/RPU, CPU ISO certification etc. which has further strengthened and aligned the IT infrastructure with Business. |

G. M. Shenoy
He is a Mechanical Engineering graduate with an MBA in Finance. In addition, he has post-graduate qualifications in Software Technology from the National Centre for Software Technology in Mumbai and is also a Certified IS Auditor (CISA).
He joined the design department of Mazagon Dock Limited, a premier shipbuilding organization, where he initially worked on engineering projects. He switched to software during the latter part of his tenure at Mazagon Dock and was responsible for setting up its CAD center. Later, he had a brief stint at the Indira Gandhi Institute of Development Research, where he was responsible for the initial work for the institute to be a regional repository for the Indian National Sample Survey Data. He then joined SICOM, a term lending development banking institution, in December 1990. Here he played a major role in the development of the Enterprise Loan Accounting system.
He joined the National Stock Exchange in October 1993, and was part of the initial team for setting up the exchange. At NSE, he was handling the development and operational activity of the Systems Department. He was responsible for design and implementation of various exchange systems, including mission critical high transaction processing surveillance and risk management systems. He is currently the Sr. Vice-President at NSE.IT, the IT arm of the National Stock Exchange. Till recently, he was managing the entire Technology activities, both Development and Operations of the Exchange. He is currently heading Delivery for NSE.IT Limited, a CMM Level 5 Software organization. |
