ACCPAC Launches CRM Solution to Tap SMBs.

ACCPAC India Pvt Ltd, part of ACCPAC International, which is a subsidiary of Computer Associates International, has launched ACCPACcrm.com an online service that will provide customer relationship management to business of all sizes.

ACCPACcrm.com is available both in the Enterprise and the sales team versions. The Enterprise version will provide fully integrated sales force, marketing and customer care automation, and the sales team version is designed for businesses that only need sales force automation.

ACCPACcrm.com will deliver choice and investment protection, local consultation and services, back office integration, advanced customization, and affordable pricing.

Rajesh Ghosh, general manager, ACCPAC India, said, “Online CRM is fairly a new concept in India that has clear benefits, especially for small and mid-size enterprises. A hosted service significantly lowers the entry price point, so SMEs can more easily embrace new business management technology such as CRM.”

Ghosh added, “Though hosted applications are popular in the US and other regions like Europe and Australia, this option has not been well explored in India. ACCPAC is offering this CRM application online to make it as widely available and affordable as possible to SMEs.

ACCPACcrm, enterprise solution is priced at Rs 3,300 per user per month and the sales team version is priced at Rs 2,350 per user per month.
