Bodhtree Partners With Infosys To Offer GST Solutions
Bodhtree Consulting Limited, a leading IT consulting and software service provider, announces their strategic partnership with Infosys as an Application Service Provider ‘ASP’ wherein the clients of Infosys will have an option to utilize GSP platform of Bodhtree Consulting for their GST filings. The size of the project could be over Rs. 200 crore and we are working towards realising these revenues in the next three years.
GSPs (GST Suvidha Provider) and ASPs will provide much needed support to taxpayers in the IT ecosystem for GST filings and other related GST compliances. ASPs will focus on taking taxpayers’ raw data on sales and purchases and converting it into the GST compliant returns. These GST returns, will then be filed on behalf of the filer with GSTN via Bodhtree, as GSP. ASPs will act as a link between the taxpayers and the GSPs.
Bodhtree is one of the GSP’s in the country, leading the GST readiness from technology perspective working alongside the autonomous GSTN body, has made Infosys short list the company as its partner for managing ASP and GSP roles together for their marquee clients, this will take care of their clients complete needs under GST.
Besides, Bodhtree announced its strategic relationship with Stratfit Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (Stratfit) a company promoted by Daniel McKee, USA based Celebrity trainer and Olympic certified coach, Nagarjuna Akkineni, leading film personality, K Sriram, Senior Professional and Entrepreneur and G Vamshi Raju, Entrepreneur. The relationship includes exclusive marketing rights, technology collaboration, and an investment through debt with an option to convert in to equity. This would be a strategic investment to grow health and fitness business.
Bodhtree will bring in its IT solutions capabilities to the table to strengthen the investment in this sector.
Bodhtree is primarily engaged in the business of Cloud Computing, Data analytics, tableau license selling with customization, IoT, Bigdata, Digital Media and GST Suvidha Provider. The Software Industry verticals in which the company operates are Government, Hi-tech, Healthcare and Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, Healthcare payers, Healthcare providers, Manufacturing, Education, Financial Services.
During the last financial year 2017, the company had garnered Rs.79 crore of revenues from its domestic and International business The Company boasts of partnerships with, Mendix, Tableau, Informatica, Sungard, Oracle, Salesforce, IBM, Cisco, HP, ECCI Group and Redhat to deliver technologies and solutions for our clients.
Bodhtree enjoys direct relations with many leaders in the sectors like Lattice semiconductors, CISCO, VM Ware, MCI, Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, ISB, HCL, Sun Pharma, Piramal, Johnson and Johnson, Sony, NTPC, CEAT and Snapdeal.
This would enable the company to cross sell its products in the next three years. The company has nurtured these relationships in the last decade, which would bring in good amount of revenues from these large clients through selling other products to them. The major segments which are going to contribute for our growth in the next three years are healthcare, services to the Government, manufacturing and financial services sectors.
“We are looking at growth rates of 40% for the next three years. Our mix of revenues from exports and domestic market is going to be changed to 50:50. This is on account of –international expansion, newer solutions/services in niche technology, focused key account management and GST among others,” said L N Ramakrishna, MD adding that, “we are going to be midsized IT consulting and software services provider in the next three years. We have enough experience in the segments we are currently operating like cloud computing and data analytics, which would put us in to next growth cycle, we are expecting good growth from these two segments in the coming years.
