Building Opportunities for PartnersThe event not only highlighted the unique value of CommScope product portfolio for the customer’s IT infrastructure but it also focussed on the scope of channel partners in enabling the IT infrastructure as scalable and future ready infrastructure for their respected customers.
In today’s context customers are expecting future ready infrastructure. Enterprise customers are also expecting more knowledge from the partners who actually handles the on ground deployment for any enterprise environment. For a scalable infrastructure, cabling and networking are two very important steps in laying the foundation for such infrastructure. So a partner must have to have all the relevant knowledge and expertise to take care of their enterprise customer’s IT environment.

Considering the current market dynamics, it is important to always stay relevant to the market. CommScope expressed that the company acknowledges the role of channel partner in delivering offerings to the market which are relevant to the end customer’s requirements. The event was well accepted by the channel partner’s community of Bangalore. The event had witnessed vibrant participation from the audience. The company not only showcased the innovative technology portfolio of CommScope but also it was emphasized that the company is paying huge focus towards channel partner’s growth in this entire business ecosystem.

Building Opportunities for PartnersIn addition to this, the strategy to create favourable working conditions for CommScope business partners was also discussed in the forum. “Since the expectations of the end customer is taking a shift, business partners are expected to become more than just specific solution provider. The partners need to deliver value added offerings to the customers. They should be considered as the advisors for their customers who can consult with them as per the key requirements for their IT infrastructure,” said Natarajan Viswanathan, Managing Director, India & SAARC, CommScope.

The forum highlighted that CommScope has strong commitment towards partners and will continue to enhance this relationship. The incentive plan, growth roadmap and other partner motivating activities were also discussed during the forum.

Kandarp Jhala , National Channel Manager, CommScope said, “This online platform is a unique and comprehensive information repository for partners. This one stop information pool has an integrated web-based system, Centralized tracking & accessing mechanism, online registration & planning processes and a comprehensive training database for the partners. In addition to this online platform also offers complete understanding of CommScope’s global online warranty process and it has CommScope Business Partner Web Locator, which helps in exploring right expertise availability.”

Followed by this presentation, Mr Ashok Srinivasan, National Technical Manager, CommScope delivered a presentation on technology trends that are driving the demand of the end customers.
Post this interactive presentation, Mr Jose Thomas, Distribution Sales Manager, Axis India also addressed the audience by highlighting CommScope’s expertise for it’s partners.

The event was concluded by closing remarks made by Mr Jaya Kumar P, Regional Manager South, CommScope.
