Criteo Helps ShopClues Boost Sales Volume By 323%

With rapid increase in the number of online shoppers, the Indian e-commerce companies always have to be at the forefront of technology adoption to enhance support business. Some even believe emerging technologies have become a big enabler, helping them in gaining a clear competitive advantage.

E-commerce firm ShopClues that leveraged Criteo’s digital marketing platform, and saw an increase in sales volume by 323%. By deploying solutions such as in-app, display advertising and retargeting in less than a year, the company also saw 1000% increase in Return On Advertising Spend (ROAS) value and 70% increase in Sales Order Value (SOV).

With more than 500,000 merchants and millions of products on the platform, ShopClues realised the need for technology to keep its millions of online visitors informed on the company’s latest product offerings. While staying cost effective on marketing spends, Shopclues could deliver relevant, customised ads which optimised its sales revenue with Criteo’s unique solutions.
