HP announces new information optimization solutions

HP OfficeHP on Tuesday announced its Information Optimization Solutions for enterprises to manage, understand and act upon the variety, velocity and volume of organizational data to drive maximum ‘Return on Information’.

To address the need for configuring and deploying Big Data systems, HP also expanded its HP AppSystems portfolio to offer customer choice and expanded capabilities of HP Converged Infrastructure with Apache Hadoop, HP Vertica Analytics Platform and Autonomy eDiscovery environments.

The Autonomy Legal and Compliance Performance Suite delivers a cloud-based platform designed to help organizations streamline the governance of all forms of information. Powered by the Autonomy Intelligent Data Operating Layer (IDOL), this platform indexes all enterprise data, which forms the foundation for an integrated, highly-effective information governance strategy, including archiving, eDiscovery, and enterprise content, document and records management.

HP Proactive Care for SAP optimizes an infrastructure running SAP solutions, enabling analysis of large amounts of data, including application trend analysis, capacity planning and measurement of system resource utilization.

The HP Vertica Analytics Platform 6.1 is a next-generation analytics platform, purpose-built to optimize Big Data. It enables enterprises to optimize and monetize Big Data with analytics packs, performance enhancements, enhanced integration with Hadoop and simplified Amazon EC2 cloud deployments—all at hyperspeed and massive scale.

The new HP Telco Big Data and Analytics solutions enable communication service providers (CSPs) to transform data from a variety of sources, including subscribers’ experience and preferences, into actionable intelligence. Leveraging HP’s Big Data analytics software, as well as HP’s consulting, research, information management and business intelligence experience, HP Telco Big Data and Analytics enable CSPs to manage, analyze and use business-relevant structured and unstructured data.

The HP Big Data Strategy Workshop provides clients with solutions to address some of their biggest information challenges, so they can leverage their data to accelerate informed decisions.
