Visionary RCM Group Launches Corporate Training Academy
Chennai-headquartered Visionary RCM Infotech has launched its brand new Corporate Training Academy for Medical coding and AR research.
The ISO certified company specializes in medical coding services for risk adjustment, audit of medical records, diagnostic and procedural coding services to hospitals and physicians for filing claims with health plans, and support for revenue cycle management (RCM). Founded in 2006, VRCM today has five offshore delivery centers and more than 2,500 employees, offering services to multiple healthcare clients in the country.
“We are poised for major expansion in the Healthcare market especially after the Carlyle group acquired significant majority of our stake, which is an incredible milestone for our business – a milestone very few other organizations ever reach,” Renuka Devi, VP - HR & Compliance said.
Carlyle Group, a global alternative asset manager and an affiliate of Carlyle Asia Growth Partners V has acquired a significant majority stake in VRCM last December, to support its growth and expansion plans in the risk adjustment and medical coding solution domain.
“VISTA (Visionary Training Academy) is one of the Innovative offering from the group, as a part of our ongoing commitment to providing cost-effective skilled talent to our clients, which results in a timely, safe, and sustainable return to work for them. Launching of this academy is a clear reflection of the Group’s current state: ready to take on the future and fired up after another strong year of growth and successful customers,” said Renuka.
To do this, the firm incubates fresh graduates from campus and other sources, put them through our regular stringent short-listing process, and train them with the customized training content. The resources are deployed once the candidate is ready to start on a billable project.
“This is exclusively for ensuring that the candidates who join us are ready for the new challenges. Our specialized training program, custom – designed, based on our clients’ needs, would ensure that the selected candidates are well-equipped to be productive with little settling-in time once on board,” she added.
In a significant departure from the traditional teaching methodology that separates the theory and the practical sessions, the courses at VISTA will be highly interactive with concurrent theory and practical sessions.
“The practical sessions ensure an immersive hands-on experience. These sessions also impart critical trouble-shooting skills, which are much sought after by the industry. This is exclusively done for niche Technology demands, thus ensuring that the candidates who join you are ready for the new challenges,” summed up Renuka.
