Zendesk Helps HDFC Securities Ramp Up Its Sales Operations

HDFC Securities had chosen Zendesk chat to support its aggressive customer acquisition and growth plans. As a result, Zendesk chat has resulted in HDFC securities ramping up its sales operations within a short span of time. According to the company, the solution was implemented primarily to provide on the fly support with regards to any service or transaction queries. There are campaigns being run on the same platform in which they can directly chat with experts and make informed decisions.

Some of the key Highlights of the deployment included substantial turnaround in revenue, increasing trend from its customers in adopting chat as a channel. It also includes the huge turnaround in the volume of business with the help of Zendesk Chat and currently the average numbers clock at about 1150 chats per day.
