Bharti AXA Life Unifies and Scales Customer Engagement Initiatives with MoEngage

MoEngage’s CEP to handle all engagement initiatives related to new business implementation and bring in globally-first features on the company app

Recognizing its changing customer needs and a compelling need for a unified source for customer communication, India’s leading life insurance company, Bharti AXA Life Insurance, has partnered with MoEngage to transform its customer engagement initiatives.

This partnership will enable Bharti AXA Life to become a frontrunner in the life insurance industry with respect to how they engage with their customers and offer delightful experiences at scale.

After adopting MoEngage’s insights-led engagement platform, Bharti AXA Life successfully streamlined the communications flowing through channels like WhatsApp, emails, and SMSes, while optimizing the frequency of these for more effective engagement.
