– Tell us a little about Chrome Hospitality and History of starting

The Mumbai-based Chrome Hospitality was founded in 2019 with the goal of opening experience-driven restaurants all throughout the country. Chrome Hospitality owns, runs, and manages pubs, restaurants, and now boutique hotels. We’re debuting our very first boutique hotel in Goa.

We saw a gap in the casual dining market and set out to fill it when Chrome was originally released in 2019. We only had one outlet in 2019; however, since then, we have greatly grown. We have a new boutique hotel, many new restaurants, and more.

We were more eager than ever to produce top-notch experiences following, we constructed more than 1,000,000 square feet of hospitality space in India by the year 2025, we would build 5 lakh square feet of F&B. We have embarked on a fantastic journey to scale and deliver novel experiences.

 

– How Technology is Transforming the Food and Beverage Industry?

In many different ways, technology is revolutionising the food and beverage business. The proliferation of internet food delivery services, which have made ordering meals simpler and more practical, is one notable change. Restaurants are also using cutting-edge POS systems to organise operations, control inventory, and enhance customer service. Additionally, the production of food has been improved by automated procedures, precision farming, and IoT devices that track and promote crop growth. Additionally, technology has aided in the creation of novel food items like cultured meats and plant-based substitutes. Overall, technology is changing the way the food and beverage business operates, boosting productivity, enhancing the consumer experience, and spurring innovation.

 

– How is technology playing an integral part in Chrome’s expansion plans?

Chrome Hospitality’s expansion aspirations are greatly aided by technology, which has streamlined operations, improved efficiency, and enhanced customer experiences. To start with, Chrome Hospitality makes use of cutting-edge property management systems and cloud-based solutions to automate a variety of procedures like bookings, check-ins, and billing, which increases operational effectiveness. Additionally, they employ business intelligence and data analytics tools to get important insights into client preferences and behaviour, enabling them to customise services and offerings. Additionally, we make use of cutting-edge communication tools like mobile applications and chatbots to offer seamless interactions with visitors and facilitate prompt support.
