Ques 1: When and where was the business established?

Ans: My entrepreneurial journey has been very exciting. Our digital marketing business came into being seven years ago in April 2016. With the support of 2 staff working from home, lots of passion & and with a small team comprising two dedicated members.

Ques 2: List your key USPs. What distinguishes you from the competition already in place?

Ques 3: Why was there a need for the platform? 

Ans: We started out in the market looking for digital marketing agencies for one of our businesses. We realized the gaps in the offerings of the market aimed at small businesses. Our objective with digiDZN was to bridge this gap, providing our clients with tailored solutions to establish a strong online presence and achieve their business objectives. We work towards supporting small and medium business enterprises to build their online presence. Our focus is always on strategy and operations to ensure that we align our efforts with client’s business goals, driving tangible results and maximizing their return on investment.

Ques 4: What technological tools does digiDZN use? Share details about the technology used by the platform.

Ans: As a digital marketing agency, we at digiDZN leverage various tools to streamline our operations and enhance client communication.

  1. We use TRELLO for team networking, work distribution & management. Through Trello, we easily assign tasks, set deadlines, and track progress, ensuring efficient project management.
  2. For lead management, we rely on Zoho CRM, enabling us to effectively track and nurture potential customers.
  3. For customer relationships, we are using FreshDesk. FreshDesk offers a centralized system to handle our customer inquiries, feedback, and support requests. With its ticketing system, we can efficiently manage and track customer interactions, ensuring timely responses and resolutions.
  4. Additionally, we have integrated a WhatsApp chatbot into our system, simplifying communication with clients and making it more convenient for both parties involved.

Ques 5: How is technology helping you to decode the hacks for business growth? 

Ans: Technology helps our digital marketing agency utilize advanced analytics tools to gain insights into consumer behavior, market trends, and campaign performance. These data-driven insights enable us to make informed decisions and optimize our strategies for maximum impact. Additionally, automation tools streamline our processes, allowing us to save time and allocate resources efficiently. At digiDZN, we personalize our campaigns, target specific audience segments, and deliver tailored messages that resonate with potential customers. Overall, technology empowers us to stay ahead of the competition, adapt to changing market dynamics, and unlock the full potential of digital marketing for sustainable business growth.

Ques 6: Any successful campaign strategy that you would like to share?

Ans: Campaign Strategy for Telecom industry

1) Targeted the major focused countries sim/esim.

2) Create storyline creatives (reels, posts and stores) to our customers. Who faces some issues while traveling. This activity helps us to (increase customer engagement rate by 110%)

3) Boost the creatives on all platforms. (increase our visibility by 300%)

4) Give offers via ads to our customers, and give them wide options to choose from.

5) Did Influencer marketing in a 2:3 ratio (2 barter and 3 paid). That boosts our presence more organically.

6) Run different types of google campaigns (shopping, search and performance max.). Increase our sales by 700%.

All the above activities help us to achieve our targets and set new targets for other campaigns.

Ques 7: Have you ever faced any business challenges, if any?

Ans:  Scaling a business inevitably presents challenges, and we have encountered our fair share. Balancing growth with service quality demands meticulous planning and the implementation of efficient processes. Additionally, managing increased client expectations and expanding our team requires project management skills to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction throughout our journey of growth.
