How Creative Synergies Group’s deep-domain expertise provides digital transformation solutions

CXOToday has engaged in an exclusive interview with Dr. Mukesh Gandhi, Founder and CEO, Creative Synergies Group

  1. Can you brief us about how Creative Synergies Group was founded?

Creative Synergies Group was established in 2011, a time when businesses were gearing up to digitization and digital transformation. According to the Global Information Technology Report, most countries ranged from constrained to transitional in their digitization stages in 2010 (with only 38 countries in the advanced stages). However, the gap between businesses with constrained versus emerging outlooks was closing in. We founded Creative Synergies Group with a core of dedicated visionaries who saw a unique long-term macro trend where we could significantly impact the digital transformation journey of our customers with our exemplary domain expertise and digital DNA.

Creative Synergies Group was founded in Okemos, Michigan, USA. Since then, our goal of synergizing our deep domain expertise and Next-Gen technologies across verticals, has enabled us to serve Fortune 500 companies. Over the years, we have cultivated a team that is passionate about the vision of Creative and has the drive to co-create the digital roadmap for our customers’ innovative products and processes leveraging state-of-the-art technology.

2. Creative Synergies Group is known for its domain expertise across sectors. Could you elaborate on the industries that this expertise spans over?

Creative Synergies Group’s capabilities offer solutions that encompass transportation, aerospace, infrastructure, industrial systems, hi-tech and wearable devices, for example.

Creative also offers solutions for autonomous mobility, consumer technology and industry 4.0 (smart manufacturing and processing). The synergy between our deep domain expertise and NextGen technologies, also enables us to offer solutions in green technologies, cloud engineering, AI/ML, AR/VR, 5G, SaaS, PaaS and TaaS.

3. How much has the company scaled since its inception?

At Creative Synergies Group, we have always been passionate about innovative technologies and synergizing them with our domain expertise to create innovative and better processes and products. At present, Creative Synergies Group is growing at an annual rate of 40%.

With a relentless dedication towards being a global deep domain solution provider, we expanded our operations in India (Bengaluru and Pune), Japan (Tokyo), The Netherlands (Rotterdam), Germany (Frankfurt) and the UK (Warwick). Globally, Creative Synergies Group is over 900 employees strong.

We are optimistic about significantly expanding our operations in India in the coming years and establishing Creative Synergies Group as a leader in digital innovation.

Creative Synergies Group works with Fortune 500 companies and popular brands such as Tesla, Samsung, BMW, Toshiba, ABB, Mitsubishi, GM, Stellantis, Sony, Yara, Mercedes, Toyota, Kiewit, for example. The solutions we offer differ across our clientele. For instance, for transportation companies, our solutions could include new product design, electrification, digital innovation, cloud engineering, data analytics and application development, for example.  For engineering and construction companies, we offer solutions ranging from process design to smart plant implementation. Our mission is to be a strategic partner to our customers by providing them with innovative solutions to address their unique challenges.

5. What are the future plans for the brand in the India market?

India is an ideal market for Creative Synergies Group. Considering the country’s rapid rate of digitization, tech adoption and reception to innovative ideas and new business models, we have significant scope to make a substantial impact across industries.

Major initiatives from the Indian government (PLI schemes, Make in India) and the insatiable appetite of big businesses towards turning India into a global manufacturing hub, provides us the impetus to double-down on our operations in India. With multiple technical centers in Bangalore and Pune, we are only getting started with our activities in India. We are launching major leapfrog technology offerings which will enable our branded customers in the Indian market to capitalize on our proven transformative track record in global markets. We are convinced that a strategic partnership with us will allow our Indian customers to substantially improve their productivity, reduce their product development costs and accelerate time to market.
