Interviews

In conversation with leading Cybersecurity solutions providing firm Mass Software Solutions.

CXOToday has engaged in an exclusive interview with Mr. Bhaskar Ganguli, Director – Sales & Marketing, Mass Software Solutions

  1. Tell us about the brand and its offerings? How and when did you decide to start the company?

With a passion for providing customers with first-class solutions, we established Mass Software Solutions in 2006. During that time, our primary focus areas were website design and development, but as the company grew, we enhanced and expanded our product range.

We have global clients that work with us to change and streamline their business processes and identify and resolve operational difficulties. This was the start of our journey toward digital consulting and transformation solutions.

Due to our large clientele worldwide, we are familiar with each customer’s requirements and know that these requirements vary by region. Then, client communication is yet another area where we receive an additional amount of positive feedback from our clients. We often receive referrals from our consumers. We offer assistance and advantage to other businesses for them to rely on us for their growth in terms of price and knowledge.

  1. How has the company grown so far?

Today, we are a well-known digital transformation company that offers online, mobile, and digital advice solutions to small businesses, organisations, and agencies. We also work with IT consultants and firms in the U.S. and the U.K.

Because of our large clientele worldwide, we are familiar with each customer’s requirements and know that these requirements vary by region. Then, client communication is yet another area where we receive an additional amount of positive feedback from our clients. Our customer retention rate is relatively strong, even if it has been there since we started with one or two minor projects, and we have worked with the client for ten to fifteen years. Most of our clients have been with us for a long time. We form the backbone of their IT development team and constantly work with them to upgrade their system to keep them up to date with the latest technologies and keep pushing their ROI higher. We have managed dedicated resources for their team, who regularly visit the onshore client offices.

  1. What are the services offered by the organisation in tackling cybersecurity?

The majority of our services fall under Risk Assessment and Compliance Services. Cyber security service providers reduce the risk and minimize the loss in the company. Education is critical, and we form a team with the company to understand and showcase what’s best for the organization, so they know what is happening. We protect your assets from cybercriminals who can’t wait to compromise your IT systems and put your business at risk. We develop effective cyber security strategies and programmes to ensure peace of mind.

  1. What challenges will be faced in 2022, and what new trends will be seen in 2023?

The biggest challenge we faced in 2022 would be the need for more awareness of the severity of the challenges. But that’s drastically changing.

IN 2023, the need to adapt infrastructures to support a hybrid workforce will continue to impact security strategies significantly. The hybrid workforce should also drive several key technology adoptions like cloud and SaaS, which can improve agility and flexibility.

IOT security will also be a major challenge in the year to come.

  1. What are the companies’ future plans?

We are currently helping MSMEs in their path toward digital transformation. We anticipate eventually assisting businesses. We intend to create software IT products to support enterprises as they transition. We currently focus primarily on providing services and will progressively build products.
