A corporate generalist attorney, Mukund comes with more than 24 years of experience, handling diverse functions including cross border contracts and transactions, M&A, enterprise risk management systems, building & implementation of global compliance programs, corporate governance across petrochemicals, refinery, shipping, telecom, IT & ITeS and insurance broking.
