The company is known to invest in its employee growth, by providing mentoring opportunities for them to experiment and innovate. Starting off as a young cricketer, I can relate to the importance of having mentors to guide and support me on my journey. The values at Atlassian resonate closely with how I have shaped my 20-year career that coincides with their two-decade-long success journey since inception. As a captain, it was not about scoring 100 runs, but to lead every player in our team to maximize their innate potential, which is the essence of teamwork.”
