Gigforce, the fastest-growing on-demand staffing platform in India, with its pan India operations, is on the course to clock INR100 Crores annual recurring revenue (ARR) by FY ’22. The company that provides pre-qualified and pre-trained gigers* has been strategically focusing on the logistics sector- one of the highest demands generating industries for gig talent. The company is backed by Unitus Ventures and Endiya Partners and has raised seed and pre-Series A rounds of funding.

Gigforce, with its inception in 2020, leveraged the business opportunity favourably created due to the disruptions caused by COVID-19. The company used technology and transparent processes to meet the evolving staffing demand of enterprises, thereby, contributing to organizing one of the largest unorganized and fragmented industries in India. The company with its operations across 100+ cities, enables 1.5 Lakh monthly man-days and saw a significant jump in active gigers and on-platform registrations.

Gigforce has strategically focused its efforts on scaling operations and has emerged as a preferred partner for large enterprises including Delhivery, Grofers, Grab, Flipkart, Ecom Express, Park+, and Shadowfax to name a few. At present, Gigforce deploys about 80% of its total active gigers in the logistics sector and is well known for its skilled on-demand talent availability.

Reflecting on its business performance in 2021, Chirag Mittal, Co-Founder and CEO, Gigforce Pvt. Ltd said, “There has been a gap in accessing the right talent at the right time for the gig jobs since long. We realised the opportunity for an on-demand, B2B driven staffing platform and opted for a category focused approach to provide skilled and flexible talent. Our brand partnerships and increasing gig registrations are the testament of our progress. We have already crossed INR 50 Cr in ARR and expect to cross INR 100 Cr very soon. We have grown 10X y-o-y in terms of revenue and our target is to grow to 50K daily active users in the coming year, which will swell to 5 lakh workforce within the next 2 years. This will help us in emerging as a category leader in tech-driven staffing for gig workers and be the largest Staffing Company in India within the next 2 years.”

The company provides assisted onboarding to gigers on its platform and manages the entire lifecycle of a Giger.
