Leena AI releases integration with GPT-3, enhances end-user experience

Leena AI, an innovative technology solution transforming employee experience, today announced the release of an integration with GPT-3, the backbone of ChatGPT (developed by OpenAI). The integration will be available on the knowledge management dashboard of Leena AI, thereby enabling existing customers to experience it first-hand.

This integration will help reduce the number of unanswered employee queries, improving the overall end-user experience of interacting with the dashboard. The company also has other use cases to test, integrating their capabilities with that of GPT-3 including:

  1.   Enhancing conversational AI’s capability to answer in a more human-like manner
    2.     Enhancing language translation by catering to more languages
    3.     Creating their own LLM (large language model) that can aid in improving manual processes and fixing standard troubleshooting across departments

The objective of this integration is to increase the efficiency of the existing suite of products of Leena AI, and to continue empowering enterprises to provide a delightful employee experience.

Along with offering impeccable data security, Leena AI uses BERT, T5-3B, MiniLM, USE, and Roberta to create an efficient LLM model for a great conversational AI experience. To ensure this, the company is also in the process of integrating with the Azure OpenAI services.
