Qlik has named Serine Loh as its new Head of Human Resources (HR) for Asia Pacific. In her new role, Serine will be responsible for implementing and providing the full-spectrum of strategic and operational support for the region – in line with our culture & talent and Corporate priorities.
An award winning human resources professional, Serine brings over 18 years of multi-market and cross-vertical experience across global tech software, cloud marketing, and global integrated marketing communications for high growth, fast-paced start-ups, and multinational corporations.
Throughout the span of her career, she has supported a full spectrum of people and culture functions including but not limited to Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits and Employee Relations, coupled with mergers & acquisitions (transition and integration) expertise. Most recently Serine served as Head of HR, APAC for enterprise automation leader, SS&C Blue Prism. She has also held positions with Circles.Life,Text100, Kronos ExactTarget / Salesforce, Novell, and Adobe.
A graduate of Southern Illinois University, Carbondale (USA), Serine holds both a Master of Science in Training & Development and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management. She has also lived and studied in Singapore and currently resides in Sydney, Australia with her family where she is based.
