Quess and XLRI Launches Executive Certificate Program in Recruitment and Selection

Quess Corp, India’s leading business services company and largest employer in the private sector, announced a partnership with Xavier School of Management (XLRI) to upskill the next generation of recruiters. The Executive Certificate Program in Recruitment and Selection is curated for professionals and aspirants in the field of HR, talent acquisition, staffing, hiring and recruitment.

The course brings together the best of academia and industry to help bolster the recruitment ecosystem in India. The program aims to establish a professional standard for recruiters, equipping them with skills to enhance their workplace effectiveness and creating a pipeline of qualified talent pool to meet the burgeoning demand for this critical role. All graduates holding a degree in any discipline from a recognized institution, with two years of work experience, are eligible for the program. The certification will be issued by XLRI, Jamshedpur.

Dignitaries from Quess and XLRI inaugurated the program and welcomed the inaugural batch of 39 professionals with varied experience on Wednesday, February 16, 2022. The six-month virtual program commenced on February 18, 2022, and the sessions will be delivered live through a Direct to Device (D2D) platform facilitated by Quess. The course pedagogy, helmed by the discerning faculty at XLRI and leaders from Quess, includes experiential exercises, case studies, interactive sessions, quizzes, presentations, project work, and class exercises along with end-term examinations and class participation evaluations by the XLRI faculty. This will help the participants gain hands-on skills and learning that can be immediately applied at the workplace

Moreover, the program aims to go beyond the classroom dynamic and leverage real-time peer learning”.
