Reimagining the Future of Work: IA Space Matrix Transform Yext’s Hyderabad Office

The futuristic office space has been redesigned to reflect Yext USPs and to deliver unmatched user experience

IA Space Matrix, two major firms specializing in workplace interior design, worked jointly and unveiled the new office space for Yext in Hyderabad. The new office has been designed using black and white, Yext’s primary brand colors. It is a bold and simple binary palette that echoes Yext’s steadfast vision that there is no grey area when it comes to delivering perfect answers everywhere.

In the new normal of working, a combination of futuristic technologies, integration of brand sensibilities, comfort, collaboration, and engaging office design has become a core necessity. Yext is a leading provider of digital experience software for organizations across all industries worldwide. The IA Space Matrix team worked in close collaboration with Yext to finalize the design for the global expansion of Yext’s workplace portfolio.

Speaking about this, Priyanka Bhat, Director of Business Operations at Space Matrix, said, “Yext has a philosophy of eliminating all grey areas from its field of operations. Therefore, we decided to create a bold, sophisticated, and standardized theme to build the office space that could facilitate consistency of user experience. Whether it is team engagement, collaborative working, freedom of choice to sit, or catering to individual needs and personalities of the employees, we have created an unwavering, stylish, and coherent design that can be implemented in all their workplaces.”

Speaking about this, John Houfe, Vice President of Real Estate & Workplace at Yext said, “We have thrived on the virtues of authority and trust. Yext has enjoyed a great journey from being a startup to a globally renowned, AI-driven service provider. We wanted to showcase the way our company has matured over the years, and to effectively communicate our work style, brand philosophy, and vision through the new concept. It is a matter of great pleasure to have worked with the team at IA Space Matrix, and their execution upheld our vision for the project.”

The design experts from IA Space Matrix developed a world-class integration of design, strategy, programming, sustainability, wellness, lighting, and experiential graphic designs. Instead of a cookie-cutter approach, we focused on creating uniqueness and a refreshing work vibe within the standards prescribed by the brand.

Speaking about this, Katherine Lytle, Design Director, Senior Associate at IA Interior Architects said, “The task of designing a diverse global workplace called for an understanding of various cultures, a dynamic and creative approach, and a dedication to

crafting spaces that both motivate and captivate the end-user. By collaborating with the IA Space Matrix team in India, we were able to uncover fresh ideas and realize a truly singular interior design experience for Yext’s Hyderabad location”.

The Hyderabad office has adequately addressed the team-specific program needs and is flexible enough to support local Yext workplaces’ sensibilities. The overarching theme remains of unequivocal truth, eliminating the chaos, and building an immersive, data-driven brand experience for the future. The design standards developed by the team have been implemented throughout Yext’s portfolio in the United States, including their New York Headquarters, London, Paris, and the newly designed office in Hyderabad.
