To create an approval using the Approvals feature in Microsoft Teams, follow these steps:

  1. Open Microsoft Teams and search for the Approvals app in the More added apps (…) section.
  2. Once you’ve found it, select the app to open it.
  3. Click on “New Approval request” located in the top right corner of the app.

4.Enter the necessary details for the approval.

5.If you require a response from all approvers, make sure to select “Require a response from all approvers” option. If you only need one approver to approve, turn off the option.

6.Finally, click on “Send” to send the approval. The approval will appear in the “Sent” tab of the app.
