There has only been a slow increase in the number of women working in technology. However, there has always been a sizable female demography in the HR and HR software field. Women made for 68% of HR practitioners at the managerial level, according to the source. It would be nothing less than an honour to recognise the significant and pioneering women in HR technology given their immense influence across the HR industry globally.
Only 14% of Indian enterprises, according to the National Sample Survey, are owned and operated by women. The majority of the businesses are small-scale and bootstrapped. According to a survey, 126 million women worldwide hold their own businesses, but only 8 million of them are Indian women.
