In the verification & onboarding module, AI is leveraged to automate and expedite the verification process, ensuring swift and accurate onboarding of frontline workers. By utilizing AI algorithms, BetterPlace streamlines the verification workflow, reducing manual effort and improving efficiency.
AI integration is also prominent in the performance management module. Through advanced analytics and machine learning algorithms, BetterPlace enables automated performance tracking and analysis. BetterPlace plans to leverage AI in its offerings, not only for cost savings but also for revenue generation. An excellent example of this is the hiring process. While a recruiter may be able to screen around 50 candidates in a day, AI can easily screen 1,000 to 2,000 candidates in the same timeframe.
