  1. What kind of upskilling has Daalchini undertaken for frontline employees? And why?

At Daalchini, we are dedicated to fostering the ambitions and skills of young individuals, working towards building a brighter future for both themselves and the world. Our primary focus lies in equipping the youth with the necessary technical, vocational, and training education to bridge the well-known skills gap and gain a competitive advantage in the evolving job market.

As technology continues to advance at a rapid pace, we understand the importance of upskilling our employees to ensure their growth as well. With this in mind, we have implemented comprehensive training programs to empower our delivery partners and enhance their capabilities. Through our initiatives, we provide them with essential communication skills training and equip them with the knowledge to effectively manage machinery, and warehouses, and become proficient in various roles such as distribution force, hub managers, and sales executives. These roles demand technical, operational, and business skills, all of which are imparted through our upskilling efforts.

Our ultimate objective is to empower the youth not only for the benefit of our organization but also for their personal growth as individuals. We believe that by investing in their development, we contribute to their success and the betterment of society as a whole.

To date, we have achieved significant success in our training initiatives. Several of our delivery partners have undergone our comprehensive programs and more than 15 individuals have been promoted to higher positions within our organization, specifically in Operations, Tech, and Sales. These promotions have come with satisfying salaries, reflecting the value we place on the growth and progress of our team members.

With a dedicated budget, we cover expenses for training materials, courses, workshops, trainers, and related costs. Looking ahead, we have strategic plans to expand our training programs, establish valuable partnerships, and provide enhanced learning opportunities. Our goal is to strengthen our initiatives, empower our delivery team, and ensure exceptional performance. We are fully committed to investing in their professional development and will adjust our budget to meet their evolving needs, fostering a highly skilled and empowered workforce.
